Dixon Chibanda
MD, MPH, Dixon Chibanda is a consultant psychiatrist based in Harare. He has worked in several African countries as a WHO consultant on mental health legislation, human rights and policy development. He is currently involved in the development and implementation of sustainable community based mental health programmes in Zimbabwe.
